Conference Hotels

The official conference hotels are the Eugene Best Western New Oregon, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eugene Downtown - University, the Eugene Hilton and the Even Hotel Eugene (please use the group code CPP when booking online at Even). A limited block of rooms has been reserved at each hotel for conference attendees. The above links will allow you to book into the hotels' reserved blocks. We encourage conference attendees to book their hotel rooms early to secure the conference rate and ensure room availability. Other events near the University of Oregon this summer may result in limited vacancy in local hotels.

Rates

The conference hotels offer special discounted rates for conference attendees. The Best Western and Holiday Inn Express rates are $104/night for single occupancy. The Hilton rate is $118/night for single occupancy. The Even rate is $129/night for single occupancy.
