Online registration will be available through the duration of the conference. Onsite registration will be available at the registration desk of the Conference.

On time registration fees are available until June 15, 2018, after which the late registration fee is in effect.

Registration Is Required For Accepted Papers

Every conference and every workshop paper accepted must be accompanied by a full registration, 1 registration per paper. If an author is presenting 2 papers (e.g., a conference paper and workshop paper), there must still be 2 full registrations paid. If a Ph.D. student is presenting a paper and also has been awarded a Ph.D. Forum award of a complimentary registration, there must still be a full registration paid.

United States Travel and Visa Information

Conference attendees from outside the United States are urged to begin their visa application early. The waiting time can be long and varies from country to country. The U.S. Visa site has information about obtaining a visa for those traveling to the United States. Embassy and consulate websites may also have helpful information about procedures, timelines, communities served, required documentation, and fees.

To request a Visa letter, you must first register for the ICPP conference. Please send the following information to our publicity chair, Siddhartha Jana:

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the registration manager. Cancellations will be accepted until July 13, 2018 with a refund of all prepaid fees, except for a $50 administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
